S.P.A. Etiquette

 

Very Important… Please read

 

General Info

  • S.P.A. will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your party/event to convert your environment into a Day Spa.  We will bring the spa music, aromatherapy, water fountains, candles, equipment, crisp linen and towels, comfy spa robes and slippers and more.

 

  • Party cancellation without 48hrs notice will incur a 50% of your grand total to your credit card without notice.  All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

  • There is a flat $50 deposit due to confirm/hold your spa date. If minimum is not meet, 20% of listed minimum price will apply.  The remainder of the balance is not due until the day before your event.

 

  • All deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE

  • S.P.A. needs your guest list NO LATER than 4 days prior to your spa party, IF NOT SOONER, to insure proper staffing of your S.P.A. Party 

 

  • PLEASE advise your spa guests that times may not flow exact and the order of guests is subject to change per everyone’s cooperation.

 

  • S.P.A may choose your photographs to be published to our website for advertising purpose only. 

 

  • S.P.A. needs one credit card for the deposit and prefers one credit card for the balance due (day before your spa event)

 

 

  • All parking charges will be applied to your invoice for EACH spa professional who attends the event (example; downtown hotel parking lot, downtown apartment, etc)

 

 

Unnecessary (to you) Additional Fees

 

  • $60 for any last minute parties (w/in 72hrs) who have not completed their guest list but booked ahead of time. 

 

  • $25 additional per therapist per 30 minutes for any spa event that begins 30 minutes or more late.  PLEASE ADVISE ATLEAST 24hrs IN ADVANCE IF YOU NEED TO PUSH YOUR START TIME BACK TO AVOID THIS CHARGE. 

 

  • $40/$10 respectively will be charged to the hostess/card holders for any robes and/or slippers that are permanently soiled or missing pieces (sash),the cardholder will incur a charge of $40.
